These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 88ff ("88ff", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88ff platform, including the website at 88ff.one, the 88ff mobile application, and all games, services, and features available through those channels.

By creating an account on 88ff, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88ff platform.

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If 88ff identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and any balances in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 88ff support in advance.

88ff accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted deposit methods. 88ff does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or any other payment method not listed here. All deposit methods are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however 88ff reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or as part of a verification requirement.

Deposits are credited to your 88ff account balance almost instantly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 88ff monitors all deposit activity for signs of money laundering or fraudulent behaviour. Any deposit that triggers a compliance review may be held pending verification. Withdrawals from your 88ff account are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account unless you contact support to arrange otherwise.

For verified accounts, the average withdrawal processing time is under ten minutes during normal operating hours. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded on 88ff carry a wagering requirement. • Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Game results are final once a round has been settled. 88ff does not reverse settled game results except in the following circumstances:

• A verified technical error caused the game to malfunction during the round.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game round, 88ff will void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ff platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using 88ff to process funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through deposit and withdrawal cycles.

88ff monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 88ff will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of all legitimate players.

88ff reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The player's own request to close their account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and any funds derived from the breach will be forfeited.
